Attention to Detail
Our attention to detail is evident in our regular inspections, lease agreements and management authority documents. We request all relevant information about your investment including strata information that way we are providing all the correct information to your tenant. We will check items prior to contacting you i.e. strata plan for whose responsible for maintenance. Your inspection report from us that is far higher than industry standards!

Our online booking system is a 24/7 booking system for prospective tenants. Did you know that 38% of prospective tenants book inspections after normal business hours?
