All staff members complete a detailed and structured induction program so that they are fully versed and trained in all of our quality controlled systems and procedures.  This ensures that our employees provide you with service that is fully accountable, constantly reviewed, scrutinised and improved.

Attention to Detail

Our attention to detail is evident in our regular inspections, lease agreements and management authority documents.  We request all relevant information about your investment including strata information that way we are providing all the correct information to your tenant.  We will check items prior to contacting you i.e. strata plan for whose responsible for maintenance.  Your  inspection report from us that is far higher than industry standards!

Competitive Fee Schedule

Our office provides a competitive fee schedule which offers incentives to owners who refer more business to us. Whether you personally have more than one rental property managed through our office or if you know of a friend who would like us to manage their property – either scenario will qualify for a favourable fee plan.  Everybody wins!

Our Service Guarantee gives you 100% peace of mind.  If we do not deliver a high level of service to you in accordance with our service promises, we will refund your management fee for that month, in full!  All we ask is that you let us know immediately and offer us a chance to rectify the problem.  Delivering our promises to you are all part of the VIP service!

Online Booking System

Our online booking system is a 24/7 booking system for prospective tenants.  Did you know that 38% of prospective tenants book inspections after normal business hours?  Our system allows numerous inspection times to be nominated meaning more prospective tenants through your investment property, quicker!  While our competitors are contacting any inquiries that happened after hours, an inspection has already been booked for your property!
